Support Fulbright Chronicles

Dear Readers, Contributors, and Friends of Fulbright Chronicles,

Since our founding in 2022, Fulbright Chronicles has provided a unique platform for Fulbright alumni. We built something extraordinary:  an independent, open access, peer-reviewed scholarly periodical that showcases how the Fulbright experience transforms knowledge and cross-cultural understanding. Among all the Fulbright Program-related organizations, we are perhaps the most international. This is seen in the global reach of our editorial team and the breadth of content in our articles, commentaries, interviews, and themed issues.

Why We are Reaching Out

We face a pivotal moment. The pro bono support previously provided by a Fulbright Commission has ended, creating a need for financial support. Without institutional backing, we must secure funds for:

  • Web management and hosting services
  • Professional copy editing and proofreading
  • Production costs for upcoming themed issues

Our most recent themed issue on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its disruptive impact on education represents the kind of thoughtful, accessible articles that the Fulbright community requires–but we need your support to continue publishing the Fulbright Chronicles.

A Meaningful Investment

We are now registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which makes donations tax deductible in the United States. While donations of any amount make a difference, we suggest the following categories to sustain our operations. In return for this commitment, you will be recognized on our website donation page and in the final issue of each year.

  • $5000 and up
  • $3000 to $4999
  • $1000 to $2999
  • $500 to $999
  • $100 to $499
  • $50 to $99
  • <$50

Donating is very easy. Simply press on the “Donate Now” button that you see here and it will bring you to our secure donation page. It can also be reached by simply going to https://www.nfggive.org/donation/33-4322013

Today, with the Fulbright Program’s viability and integrity at risk, the mission of the world’s most prestigious scholar exchange program is more critical than ever. With your help, we can ensure that this independent voice for Fulbright voices continues to thrive.

With sincere gratitude and in hopes of your financial support,

Fulbright Chronicles is an indispensable forum for Fulbrighters to share their views and discuss the enduring impact of their experiences with a broad audience beyond the Fulbright community. I would like to encourage fellow Fulbrighters to join me in donating to the journal to sustain and expand it, especially given the current challenges facing higher education, global exchanges, and cross-cultural understanding.
