Fulbright Chronicles Needs Your Support

Fulbright Chronicles was founded in 2022 by a group of volunteer alumni who wanted to give a voice to the incredible work conducted by Fulbright awardees from around the world.  We have built something extraordinary together: an independent, open access, peer-reviewed scholarly periodical that showcases how the Fulbright experience transforms knowledge and cross-cultural understanding globally.

Why We are Reaching Out

We face a pivotal moment in our publication’s history. The pro bono support previously provided by a Fulbright Commission has ended, creating an urgent need for financial stability. Without institutional backing, we must secure funds for:

  • Web management and hosting services
  • Professional copy editing and proofreading
  • Production costs for upcoming themed issues

Our recent themed issue on “Artificial intelligence (AI) and its disruptive impact on education,” was released in November 2025. It represents exactly the kind of thoughtful, accessible articles that community provides – but we need your support.

Our Current Situation

Fulbright Chronicles receives no funding from the Fulbright program, alumni groups, or commissions. Our future publication schedule depends on donor support from individuals who value our mission.

A Meaningful Investment

We are now registered as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which will make your contribution tax deductible in the United States. While gifts of any amount make a difference, we suggest the following contribution levels to sustain our operations.

  • Bronze           $50
  • Silver             $100
  • Gold              $200
  • Platinum        $500

In our year end issue, contributors will be listed by donation level.

Contributing is simple: Visit www.fulbright-chronicles.com and click the “Donate” button. The process is seamless and secure.  You can also use the link below to go directly to our donation page: https://donate.forgood.org/donation/33-4322013

Why Your Support Matters

Fulbright Chronicles remains uniquely positioned as the only global journal dedicated to scholarship by and for all Fulbrighters –American and international alike. Our all-volunteer global editorial board is committed to maintaining the high standards that distinguish our publication.

Today, with the Fulbright Program’s viability and integrity at risk, the mission of the world’s most prestigious scholar exchange program is more critical than ever. With your help, we can ensure that this vital platform for Fulbright voices continues to thrive.

With sincere gratitude and hope for your partnership,
